For every incident or crisis, there is an opportunity for creativity and novelty to be born. As creativity and novelty are born out of ideas from human imagination, the idea behind creating the Alert 5® application software was inspired in 2006 after hearing the story of Hannah Foster, a young woman who was abducted, raped and murdered and another who was attacked while walking home from a nightclub in city streets.
Alert 5® has been a pioneer in the safety alert industry since 2006. However, in 2006 technology was not capable of returning accuracy in geographic location required to make the Alert 5® application both effective and efficient effective in its safety service delivery until recently. If Alert 5® can help prevent a single incident of rape or domestic violence or helps speed the rescue of a fallen worker or rider, assist with timely alerts of an acute asthma exacerbation, an epileptic seizure or an anaphylactic shock, then Alert 5® would have succeeded as a lifesaving product.
